Rates and Insurance

As stated in the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to clear and accurate information about your therapy charges. Below are the fees you can expect to pay per session. Your annual investment in therapy will vary based on what services you utilize and how often you participate in therapy.

50-minute Individual Therapy Session $ 195

60-minute Couples Therapy Session $ 220

90-minute Discernment Counseling Session $ 330

As a licensed clinical social worker in Virginia and the District of Columbia, my services may qualify for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. As an out-of-network provider, payment is made to me at the time of each session. At your request, I will provide a receipt that includes all of the codes and information needed by your insurance company, should you wish to submit for reimbursement.

I encourage you to contact your insurance company prior to starting therapy to inquire about your specific mental health coverage with an out of network provider. Please note that because I am not affiliated with any insurance companies, I am not involved with any verbal communication or written correspondence with any insurance providers. If you would like to see a therapist who takes insurance, I will be glad to give you referrals if requested.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time to avoid being charged the full session fee.
